• ​Refunds will not be provided for any service rendered on property renovation/repairs and property management subscriptions. We do not provide credit, refunds or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month.

Property Management Package Cancellation

• You can cancel your property management subscription any time. Please note that you must send an email to [email protected]  inform us about cancellation before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charge for the next month’s management fee.
• If you cancel the management plan mid-month, you can keep using your property management subscription until the end of the billing period during which you cancel.
• When the end of the billing period is over and your subscription is cancelled, you won't be able to use all the services under property management job scope.
• If your subscription is cancelled due to missed payment, your access to property management services will end immediately.
• Property Buddy PLT / Property Buddy Solutions Sdn Bhd reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.
