Refunds will not be provided for any service rendered on property renovation/repairs and property management subscriptions. We do not provide credit, refunds or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month.
Property Management Package Cancellation
You can cancel your property management subscription any time. Please note that you must send an email to propertybuddy.my@gmail.com inform us about cancellation before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charge for the next month’s management fee.
If you cancel the management plan mid-month, you can keep using your property management subscription until the end of the billing period during which you cancel.
When the end of the billing period is over and your subscription is cancelled, you won't be able to use all the services under property management job scope.
If your subscription is cancelled due to missed payment, your access to property management services will end immediately.
Property Buddy PLT reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.
